苦瓜枯萎病菌滤液鉴定苗期抗病性的初步探讨

Studies on Identification of Resistance to Bitter Gourd wilt at Seedling Stage with the Filtrate of Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. sp. momordicae

用苦瓜枯萎病菌滤液浸苗来测定苦瓜不同品种的苗期抗性，所得结果与常规人工苗期接种鉴定所得结果基本一致，因此，采用病菌滤液来测定苦瓜苗期对枯萎病抗性的方法是可行的。

The resistances of different varieties of bitter gourd were determined by soaking seedlings in the filtrates of F. oxysporum Schl. f. sp. momordicae. The resistance identification of seedlings was used as control. The results of two treatments were similar. Therefore, it is possible to identify disease resistance of varieties at the seedling stage with filtrate of F. oxysporum Schl. f. sp. momordicae.
