Empirical Study on the Influence of Knowledge Absorptive Capacity to Effectiveness of Information Systems

本文回顾了知识吸收能力内涵的发展,分析知识吸收能力的维度。在此基础上,打开知识吸收能力的"黑箱",从知识吸收能力的多维度构造角度深入研究知识吸收能力对信息系统应用效果的影响,结果表明潜在吸收能力通过不同的路径方式影响信息系统应用效果,进一步指出信息系统项目成败的原因。

In this paper,we review the definition development of knowledge absorptive capacity,and analyse the dimention capability.Based on the multi-dimensional structure,we try to open the black box of knowledge absorptive capacity to study how knowledge absorptive capacity affect effectiveness of information systems.Our findings reveal that potential absorptive capacity had an indirect effect on IS effectiveness when mediated by realized absorptive capacity,and the effect size of exploit ability between IS effectiveness is greater than the effect of transform ability between IS effectiveness.
