学术期刊的组合评价研究

Research on Combined Evaluation of Academic Journals

针对在多属性综合评价中,存在的多方法评价结论不一致的问题,以三种中文核心期刊评价体系(《中国人文社会科学核心期刊要览》、《中文社会科学引文索引》和《中文核心期刊要目总览》)中的图书情报核心期刊为例,借助Matlab软件应用拉开档次组合评价法进行研究,并计算排序结果两两之间的Spearman相关系数。结果表明,拉开档次组合评价法优于其它方法,且具有评价客观、结论敏感、易于编程等特点。

There is inconsistent among the evaluation conclusions drawn by different evaluation methods in the multi-attribute evaluation.The auther,taking the core journals in the library and information science in three kinds of Chinese core journals evaluation system as an example,applied an objective combined evaluation method based on whole diversity to make evaluation research on academic journals and calculated Spearman correlation coefficients between the ranking results by means of the matlab software.The results showed that the combined evaluation method was superior to other method and had the characteristics of evaluation objectivity,conclusions sensitivity and programming easiness.
