乡镇企业经营机制完善的策略思考

乡镇企业经过十多年的发展已经成为我国国民经济的“半壁江山”，其经营机制是否完善直接关系到乡镇企业能否再创辉煌。本文指出了目前乡镇企业经营机制存在的一些主要问题，并分析其原因，根据乡镇企业机制问题和原因提出了进一步完善的对策。

With over ten years of development, town and township enterprises have become “half of national economy”. Whether their management mechanism is perfect or not has a direct bearing on whether they can gain brilliant achievements. This thesis indicats the main problems that are existing in the management mechanism of town and township enterprises in view of their existing situation, and analyses their reasons. What's more, according to the problems and their reasons, the thesis puts forward “the ways to further improve the management mechanism of town and township enterprises”.
