摘要
"雇主导向"的含义包括三个层次:第一,职业教育办学主体的二元化;第二,职业教育办学主体的转移;第三,职业教育办学主体的回归。"雇主导向"是一个具有丰富含义的概念,其任何一个层次含义都会涉及到职业教育机构(学校)在组织构架、专业设置、教学计划、课程内容、培养过程、师资队伍等多个方面的调整和变革。此外,"雇主导向"上述三个层次的含义具有内在关联性,它们在"校企关系"是当前职业教育发展过程中的基本问题这一观点上具有共识,如何建立有效的"校企关系"自然成为上述不同含义的"雇主导向"的核心问题。
The connotation of "employer-oriented" includes three levels:the dualism of school-running subjects of vocational education;the transfer of school-running subjects of vocational education;the regression of school-running subjects of vocational education.The concept of "employer-oriented" has rich meanings,and any of its three levels can result in the deep reform of school-running model of vocational education,such as organization framework,specialty setup,teaching plan,curriculum contents,talent cultivation process and teaching staff construction.Furthermore,there is interior connection between the connotation of the above three levels of "employer-oriented",and they have reached agreement on the view that the relationship of school and enterprise is the basic problem in the development process of vocational education.Therefore,how to build effective relationship between schools and enterprises naturally become the core problem of "employer-oriented" .
