珠江三角洲产业升级与高职人才培养模式的转变

Upgrading of Zhujiang Delta Industry and Transformation of Talent Cultivation Model of Higher Vocational Education

针对珠江三角洲产业升级与高技能人才供给不足的矛盾,珠江三角洲应及时转变高职人才培养模式:按照《纲要》调整职业教育的类别结构与专业设置;根据珠三角产业升级要求做好课程开发和教学内容安排;加强实践教学环节,提高学生的动手能力;积极开展应用性技术研究和推行"工学结合、校企合作"的人才培养模式等。

Aiming at the contradiction of upgrading of Zhujiang Delta Industry and talent supply of higher vocational education,the higher vocational education in Zhujiang Delta should transform talent cultivation model timely：according to the Planning Outline,to adjust the category structure and specialty setup of higher vocational education;by request of upgrade of Industry,to do well in curriculum development and teaching contents design;to emphasize the practical coach ing;to improve the operational skills of students;to actively develop the study of applied technique and carry out mode of talent education of ＂integration of speciality and practice and cooperation of school and enterprise＂.
