农村实行中职“9+2”义务教育的必要性和可行性

农村中职教育承担着未成年人保护,新生劳动力就业以及农民技能素质提升的社会责任。上海、北京等地区已率先进入后义务教育阶段,国家应该在这些地区优先推行农村中职"9+2"义务教育,在试点基础上逐步将拟实施的中职免费教育升级为义务教育。

Rural secondary vocational schools undertakes the social responsibilities in the fields of adolescent protection,the new labor employment and rural labors＇ skills promotion.Shanghai,Beijing and other developed regions have entered into the stage of post compulsory education,where the authorities should pilot the compulsory ＂9＋2＂ rural secondary vocational education in these regions,and gradually upgrade the free ＂9＋2＂ secondary vocational education to compulsory education on the pilot basis.
