摘要
就业质量是评价高校毕业生就业工作的重要方法,也是衡量高校教学质量和学生能力培养的重要手段。从民办高职院校的定位入手,在衡量其毕业生就业质量时应强调人职匹配率,从就业率、人职匹配率、薪酬水平、社会保障、职业稳定性、职业结构和心理满意度入手综合考虑。现实数据说明民办高职院校毕业生的就业质量不高,在多数指标上低于同类院校的平均水平。这既需要民办高职院校自身的努力,也需要政府的政策扶持和引导。
Employment quality assessment is an important way to evaluate the employment of undergraduates,and also an important mean to measure the teaching quality and capacity-building of non-governmental higher vocational colleges.From the orientation of non-governmental higher vocational education,evaluation on the employment quality of non-governmental higher vocational colleges should focus on the matching of people and posts,and carry out comprehensive evalua tion from the aspects of employment rate,salary level,social assurance,professional stability,professional structure and mental satisfaction degree.On the whole,the employment quality of non-governmental higher education undergraduates is not high,and it is lower than the average level of similar institutions in most indicators,which requires both the efforts of non-governmental higher vocational colleges and the support and guidance of government policy.
