摘要
继续教育是大学人才培养体系的重要组成部分,也是服务社会、落实人才强国战略的有效途径之一。随着社会需求的增加和大学继续教育规模的不断扩大,继续教育专业化程度日益提高,因而要求继续教育管理者具有对继续教育的深刻认识与坚定信念、继续教育行动能力和胜任多样角色的转化能力等一系列专业化素养。为此,大学应通过确立继续教育专业性地位,完善继续教育管理体制,建立继续教育管理者认证体系,构建专业培训制度等措施不断提升继续教育管理者的专业化水平。
Further education is an important composition of talent cultivation system of university as well as an effective approach of serving for society and carrying though the strategy of invigorating country by talents.With the increasing of social demand and scale enlarging of further education,the professional level of further education is increasing,which require that the management staff of further education in universities have a series of professional qualities including deep recognition on further education,systematic action abilities and transferring abilities of competent for multi-roles.Therefore,universities should make efforts to enhance the professional level of management staff of further education though establishing the professional status of further education,optimizing management system of further education,constructing professional identification system and building specialized training system.
