蔡元培职业技术教育思想探微

Analysis on the Vocational and Technical Education Thought of Cai Yuanpei

蔡元培作为近代我国职业技术教育的主要开拓者之一,提出了丰富的职业技术教育思想。蔡元培积极倡导发展职业技术教育,推动百业进步,认为职业技术教育是一种教育类型,是教育体系的重要组成部分,并提出了职业技术教育的两大社会功能,即"人计"的功能与"事计"的功能。蔡元培还提出了办好职业技术教育的具体措施,即转变观念是关键;社会调查是办好职业技术教育的前提;重视实践教学环节,结合实际是职业人才培养的主要途径;注重学生思想道德教育。

As one of main exploiters of vocational and technical education of modern China,Cai Yuanpei had put forward rich vocational education thought.He advocated to develop vocational education,and boosted the progress of various industries.He pointed that,vocational and technical education is an education type and important composition of educational system.He thought that,vocational and technical education had two social functions of cultivating talents and fostering industrial development,and he also put forward material measures for running vocational and technical education：transforming view is the key,social investigation is the prerequisite,attaching importance to practice teaching and combining with practice is the main approach for cultivating professionals;paying attention to the ideological and moral education of students.
