研究结果表明:栽培方法可影响纤维伸长和纤维素累积,对纤维最终长度影响较小,育苗移栽和地膜覆盖有利于纤维伸长和纤维素累积,棉纤维IAAO 活性变化也说明了这一点;地膜棉和直播棉的棉籽( 仁) 脂肪、蛋白质累积差别较小,栽培方法对棉仁各种脂肪酸含量影响作用较小;3∶2
The results showed that the cultivation methods could affect the fiber elongation and fiber cellulose accumulating,but had little effect upon the final fiber length.The seeding transplanting and film covering measurement were benefit to the fiber elongating and fiber collulose accumulating,which could be demonstrated by the change of IAAO activity in cotton fiber,furthermore.In 3∶2 model the difference of the seed(kernel) fat contents and protein accumulation between film covering cotton and the field planting cotton were insignificant,cultivation methods affect the fat acid contents insignificantly.As to the duble maturity spring cotton with middle variety,the film covering cultivation method should be chosen with 3∶2 model.
