KiSS-1/GPR54系统在雌性哺乳动物生殖中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 哺乳动物的生殖过程是个中枢神经系统和内分泌系统调控的复杂生理过程,依赖于下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG)有规律、有节奏的相互协调和制约。2003年3个研究小组分别意外地发现KiSS-1/GPR54系统在人和小鼠初情期的启动上起着关键的"把门"作用,这一重大发现揭开了人们对哺乳动物生殖内分泌调控机制研究的新篇章。迄今为止,有关KiSS-1/GPR54系统对初情期启动的作用及其机制已经基本探明,
