摘要
目的了解肿瘤患者不同类型中心静脉导管与管内赘生物形成及导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)的相关性。方法采用病例对照,比较单腔直孔、单腔直侧孔、双腔直孔和双腔直侧孔4组导管在管内赘生物长度、导管相关性血流感染方面的差异。结果侧孔导管较直孔导管主腔赘生物长度长(P<0.01),其中单腔直侧孔、双腔直侧孔、单腔直孔和双腔直孔导管主腔赘生物长度分别为1.63、1.85、0.290、.38 cm;CRBSI日感染率为0.78‰,例数感染率为1.29%;双腔侧孔导管易发生CRBSI,主腔赘生物长度与CRBSI发生率呈正相关(R=0.40)。结论双腔侧孔导管易生成管内赘生物且感染发生率较高。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between different types of central venous catheter,formation of tube excrescence and catheter-related blood stream infection.METHODS A case-control method was used to compare the differences of four types of central venous catheter,including single-chamber-straight-hole,single-chamber-side-hole,dual-chamber-straight-hole and dual-chamber-side-hole,in the tube excrescence and catheter-related bloodstream infections(CRBSI).RESULTS The lengths of main-chamber excrescence in side-hole catheters were longer than the straight-hole′s.The respective lengths of single-chamber-side-hole,dual-chamber-side-hole,single-chamber-straight-hole and dual-chamber-straight-hole were 1.63cm,1.85cm,0.29cm and 0.38cm.The day-infection rate was 0.78‰,and the incidence of CRBSI was 1.29%.Dual-chamber-side-hole catheter was prone to CRBSI.The length of the main-chamber excrescence was closely related to CRBSI(R=0.40).CONCLUSION Dual-chamber-side-hole catheter is easy to generate the tube excrescence,and the infection rate is higher.
