多种途径进行实习护士标准预防知识教育

Strategies for standard precaution educations of student nurses

目的提高实习护士标准预防的意识与技能,降低医院感染和职业暴露的发生率。方法利用各种途径和方法,有针对性地对进入科室实习前的护士进行标准预防知识和职业暴露保护的教育。结果 267名实习护士中,不完全清楚标准预防概念及其具体措施者分别占41.0%、75.9%,对HBV、HIV、HCV职业暴露后的处理措施知晓率分别为20.4%、21.0%、11.3%,经过标准预防知识教育,实习过程中未发生职业暴露。结论多途径的教育方法对增强实习护士标准预防意识有较好的效果。

OBJECTIVE To improve the knowledge and ability of student nurses on the standard precaution,and decrease the incidence of both nosocomial infection and occupational exposure.METHODS Various ways and strategies were set up to educate the student nurses on the standard precaution.RESULTS Of all the 267 student nurses,the rate of not entirely understanding the definition of standard precaution and its measures were 41.0% and 75.9% respectively,and treatment after HBV/HIV/HCV occupational exposure was respectively known by 20.4%,21.0%,whereas 11.3% before standard precaution education.Data showed the standard precaution education was very effectively that no any cases of occupational exposure was found in the clinical practices of the student nurses.CONCLUSION Knowledge and ability of student nurses on the standard precaution are effectively enhanced by multiple ways and strategies of standard precaution education.
