基层医院手术室应用杀菌净手设施现状与持续改进方案

Current situation of application of automatic sterilizing and washing hand device in primary hospital and continuous improvement program

目的了解基层医院手术室应用自动杀菌净手设施的现状,分析存在的问题,提出持续改进方案。方法使用自行设计的调查表,检查手术室的手消毒流程及消毒设施是否良好、使用情况、故障率等指标,进行综合分析。结果基层各级医院手术室在使用杀菌净手设施中均存在诸多缺陷,新型杀菌净手设施还未被基层手术室医护人员所掌握;但更符合控制医院感染要求的新一代杀菌净手设施,已在部分二、三级医院手术室得到应用。结论加强基层医院手术室及重点部门杀菌净手设施的管理、规范其操作,尤其是对新一代净手设施基本知识的学习和规范操作刻不容缓,只有这样才能实现真正意义上的重视手卫生的监督管理,才能有效杜绝由手传播的医院感染发生。

OBJECTIVE To know about the current situation of automatic sterilizing and washing hand device for operating room in primary care hospital,analyze the existing problems,and propose a continuous improvement of this equipment.METHODS The self-designed survey table was employed to check the hand disinfection process and sterile facilities.The using status and the failure rate and other related indicators were comprehensively analyzed.RESULTS There were many defects in the application of this sterilizing facility which had not yet been under-utilized or improperly applied by the majority of operating room staff at primary hospital.However,a new generation of sterilization facilities,which were more user-friendly,more consistent with Hospital Infection Control Prevention,had been used in a minority of primary hospital operating room.CONCLUSION Management and standardized operation of sterilizing facilities should be strengthened without delay in the operating room and relevant departments of the primary hospital,especially for basic knowledge and standard operation procedures about the new sterilization facilities,by which supervision and management of hand hygiene could be truthfully achieved,and the hospital cross-infection by hands contact could be avoided.
