头孢米诺在慢性阻塞性肺疾病下呼吸道感染治疗中的疗效分析

Clinical effects of cefminox on treating lower respiratory tract infections in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

目的探讨头孢米诺治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2009年8月-2010年8月,医院收治的56例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并下呼吸道感染患者,随机分为两组,各28例;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用头孢米诺2 g静脉滴注,2次/d;对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用头孢他啶2 g静脉滴注,2次/d,两组疗程均为7~14 d。结果治疗组痊愈率为78.6%,有效率为92.9%,细菌清除率为93.1%;头孢他啶组痊愈率为53.6%,有效率为71.4%,细菌清除率为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论头孢米诺对常见的下呼吸道感染病原菌有较好的清除效果,治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病下呼吸道感染安全、有效。

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and safety of cefminox in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases.METHODS A total of 56 patients with lower respiratory tract infection with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in our hospital from Aug 2009 to Aug 2010 were randomizedly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.Based on the routine therapy,patients were assigned to receive cefminox 2 g,ivgtt,2 times/day,for 7-14 days in the treatment group,and oeftazidine 2 g,ivgtt,2 times/day,for 7-14 days in the control group.RESULTS The cure rate,the effective rate and the bacterial clearance rate were 78.6%,92.9% and 93.1% in the treatment group,and 53.6%,71.4% and 66.7% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION Cefminox is effective and safe in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and has high bacterial eradication rate.
