摘要 选用8 个小麦品种,采用双列杂交方法组配了28 个杂交组合,对其主要性状进行了遗传研究结果表明:单株粒重和穗数符合加性模型;千粒重、穗粒数、结实小穗数、穗长符合加性—显性模型;株高、颈长符合加性—显性—上位性模型不同亲本携带各性状的显性基因的数量差异较大,其中 P5 和 P3 显性基因最多;各亲本含有不同性状增。 A set of diallel crosses involving 8 parents was made to study the genetic models for main characters in wheat.The results showed that the grain weight and ear number per plant accorded with the additive models;that 1000-kernel weight,grain numbers per spike,set spikelets per spike and ear length accorded with the additive-dominant models;and that plant height and neck length accorded with the additive-dominant-epistatic models.The number of dominant genes which control most agronomic characters differed greatly among the parents,in which P 5 and P 3 possess the greatest number of dominant genes.The number of dominant genes controlling different characters differed among parents.
