摘要
目的观察糖尿病泌尿系统感染的病原菌分布及耐药性。方法回顾性分析428例2型糖尿病患者,收集清洁中段尿标本,分离病原菌并做药敏试验。结果共有43例占10.0%发生泌尿系统感染,共分离出46株病原菌,3例复合真菌双重感染占6.5%;革兰阴性菌34株占73.9%,革兰阳性菌9株占19.6%,真菌3株占6.5%,分布最多的病原菌为大肠埃希菌占34.8%、鲍氏不动杆菌占17.4%、铜绿假单胞菌占10.9%和表皮葡萄球菌占10.9%;大肠埃希菌和鲍氏不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南和美罗培南敏感性高。结论糖尿病患者并发泌尿系统感染率较高,且病原菌耐药性高,应根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens of urinary system infection in diabetes patients.METHODS The clinical data of 428 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus were reviewed.The specimen of mid-stream clear urine was cultured,the pathogens were isolated and drug sensitivity was tested.RESULTS Urinary system infection was occurred in 43 cases(10.0%).A total of 46 strains of pathogens were isolated,of which 3 cases(6.5%) were dual infection complicated with fungi.The distribution of pathogens was 34 strains(73.9%) of G-,9 strains(19.6%) of G+,and 3 strains(6.5%) of fungus.The four common pathogens were Escherichia coli(34.8%),Acinetobacter baumannii(17.4%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(10.9%),and Staphylococcus epidermidis(10.9%).E.coli and A.baumannii were sensitive to cefoperazone/sulbactam,imipenem and meraopenem.CONCLUSION There is a high rate of urinary system infection in diabetes patients,and the drug-resistance of pathogens is high.We should choose sensitive drugs according to drug sensitivity test.
