摘要
研究了低温湿层处理对毛泡桐种子的发芽可能温度范围及光感应度的影响结果表明:未进行低温湿层处理的种子在20 ℃,25 ℃条件下几乎都能发芽,在15 ℃和30 ℃的温度条件下发芽率在40 % 左右低温湿层处理20 ~60 d ,发芽率几乎达到100 % 说明低温湿层处理能扩大毛泡桐种子发芽可能温度范围低温湿层处理虽不能改变毛泡桐种子的光发芽特性。
The effects of prechilling on the range of germination possible temperature and light sensitivity of paulownia tomentosa sees were studied in order to explore whether seeds of Paulownia tomentosa have the feature of physiological dormancy.The results are as follows:unchilled seeds of Paulownia tomentosa almost germinated under continuous illumination condition at 20℃ and 25℃,while at 15℃ and 30℃ the germination rate was about 40%.The germination rate of seeds treated by prechilling of 5℃ almost reached 100% under continuous light condition at 15℃~30℃.This shows prechilling treatment can expand the range of germination possible temperature of Paulownia tomentosa seeds.In comparison,prechilling treatment can enhance the light sensitivity of Paulownia seeds,though the seeds of prechilling still can not germinate without illumination.The above results show that Paulownia tomentosa seeds have characteristics of physiological dormancy.
