摘要
阐述了铸件成形过程中的凝固方式,即同时凝固、顺序凝固、均衡凝固、不均衡凝固和复合凝固。复杂铸件的铸造工艺是几种凝固方式的综合运用。根据工作经验,列举了典型铸件成形所采用的原则。在铸件工艺设计时,必须根据产品结构特点,具体分析,适时采用不同的凝固方式以获得健全铸件,这是行之有效的设计方法。
The solidification modes of casting in the forming process were presented,namely simultaneous solidification,directional solidification,proportional solidification,disproportional solidification and compound solidification.The casting process of the complicated casting is the comprehensive application of the kinds of solidification modes.The principles based on the work experience in the typical casting forming were presented.In order to obtain sound casting,proper solidification mode should be adopted depending on the structure characteristics of the product and concrete analysis in the process design of the casting,which is the effective design methodology.
