摘要
运用均衡凝固理论,调整浇冒口系统,合理设置排气针,并通过加放过滤网等措施,降低了由缩孔、缩凹、气孔、夹渣等铸造缺陷造成的废品率。与原工艺相比,综合废品率由原来的15%降低为3%。同时,由于压边冒口从2个增加到4个,其工艺出品率由原来的87.5%降低为78.6%。
On the basis of the proportional solidification theory,and through adjusting the gating and feeding system,setting the vents reasonably,adding filter screen and so on,the rejection rate caused by shrinkage,puncture,blowhole,inclusions and so on,was decreased.Compared with the original technology,the comprehensive rejection rate after improvement falls from 15% to 3%.At the same time,technological yield decreases from 87.5% to 78.6% because the number of edge risers of the new technology increases from 2 to 4.
