摘要
分析并比较了用抛物线修形、变参数修形及三次磨光样条曲线拟合美国样机实测数据修形前后蜗杆传动接触区和啮合性能的变化,从而证明抛物线修形比其它修形方法效果更好。
Analysis and comparison were rnade of the changes of the performance of the worm gear tooth contact area(dimention and location) before and after using the modification techniques like the parabolic modification,parameter conversion medification,and the three-splitting modification technique of simulating the U.S.A model machine to get practical statistics.It was proved that the parabolic modification technique was more effective than the others,and thus providing a theoretic basis for guiding production.
