摘要
2001年,阜新市被国务院确定为国家首个资源型城市经济转型试点市,现已取得明显的阶段性成果。最近,根据国家发改委和辽宁省委、省政府的要求,阜新市提出要创建国家资源型城市转型示范市的新目标。为完成这一历史任务,本文提出要从五个方面完善和创新阜新转型的新思路。这一新思路,对国内同类的资源型城市推进经济转型,有重要的指导或借鉴导意义。
In 2001,Fuxin City has been identified to be the first pilot city for economic restructuring as a resource-based City by the State Council.As so far,it has made significant initial results.Recently,according to the State Development and Reform Commission and the Liaoning provincial government requirements,Fuxin City,proposed to create a national model city in transition resources cities the new target.To accomplish this historic task,this paper presents five points to perfect and innovate the new ideas for Fuxin＇s transformation.The new ideas have significant guidance or reference for the same domestic resource-based cities to promote economic restructuring.
