摘要
网络环境下,由于信息资源的多样化特点,高校教师的信息行为也在变化。本文依据TAM与TTF模型的理论内涵,提出构建高校教师信息使用行为影响模型的思路。文章阐述了TAM与TTF模型适用于高校教师信息使用行为研究的理论基础,从多方面论证高校教师信息使用行为影响模型整合TAM与TTF模型的必要性、可行性,最终提出高校教师信息使用行为影响模型的理论框架,并进一步对模型框架的主要构成因素的内涵进行了分析。
The information behavior of university teachers is changing with the diversified development of information resources in the network environment.Based on the theoretical connotation of the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Task Technology Fit Model(TTFM),this article proposes the idea of constructing the information utilization behavior influence factor model of university teachers.The article expatiates on the theoretical basis of the applicability of TAM and TTFM to the research on university teacher information utilization behavior,demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the information utilization behavior influence factor model of university teachers with Tam and TTFM from several aspects,and finally proposes the theoretical framework of information utilization behavior influence factor model of university teachers.The article also analyzes the connotation of the main component elements of the framework.
