沼液无害化处理与利用成套设备工艺技术

A Set of Integrated Fertilizer and Water Irrigation Equipment on Disposal of Biogas Slurry Pollution-free and Utilization

针对目前循环农业生产中沼液有害重金属超标以及沼液管网系统产气爆管,沼渣、厌氧菌落群堵管等问题,导致农用沼液难以利用的现状,研究开发出了一种沼液无害化处理与利用的成套设备。该设备包括沼液无害化处理与肥水一体灌溉装置两部分,具有重金属脱除容易、管网自动排气防爆、防堵塞及肥水一体化灌溉功能,有效提高了沼液沼渣利用率,实现农业循环经济发展与节能减排的根本目的。目前,该设备已获2项国家发明专利授权和1项实用新型专利授权。

This paper introduces an invention of a set of integrated fertilizer and water irrigation equipment on biogas slurry pollution- free disposal and utilization. Usually, the use of biogas slurry has possible problems such as over-standard content of heavy metal compounds and the difficulty to remove. In practace, the pipeline of biogas slurry exist problems like the pipe explosion by biogas and the tube blocking by anaerobic bacteria and biogas residues. The invention is a key equipment to utilize biogas slurry with pollution-free in citrus orchards. It has functions of rapid sedimentation of harmful heavy metals, convenient discharge, auto gas emission, easy to collect and discharge residues and convenient to deal with tube blocking by anaerobic. Two state invention patent hcense（CN200710093212.9; CN200810069436.0） and a practical new-type patent license（ZL 2008 2 0097765. 1 ） have been authorized.
