应用对流免疫电泳诊断狐和貉细小病毒性肠炎的研究

Application of Counter Immunoelectrophoresis for Diagnosis Parvovirus Enteritis in Fox and Racoon Dog

建立的诊断狐和貉细小病毒性肠炎的对流免疫电泳（ Ｃ Ｉ Ｅ Ｐ） ，抗原最佳稀释度为１∶１６ ，血清最佳稀释度为１∶８ ，最佳电泳时间为６０ ｍｉｎ 。用该方法检测发病早期的病料，阳性检出率达９８ ％ ，对发病１０ ｄ 以上的病料阳性检出率为３０ ％ 。

In the counter immunoelectrophoresis (CIEP) established for diagnosis parvovirus enteritis in foxes and racoon dogs the optimum dilution of the antigen was 1∶16, the optimum dilution of the serum 1∶8, and the optimum time of electrophoresis 60 min. The samples at the early stage of onset were examined by CIEP and the positive detectable rate reached 98%, however the specimens ten days later, the positive detectable rate 30%.
