摘要
在5℃低温条件下比较了不同处理时间对多毛番茄和普通番茄的生理生化机制的影响。结果表明,随处理时间的延长,多毛番茄的丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧自由基(O2-)含量均显著低于普通番茄,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸(Pro)含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASA)活性和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性则显著高于普通番茄。同时,5℃低温处理24h后多毛番茄叶片无明显变化,而普通番茄叶片出现了萎蔫症状。研究表明,多毛番茄具有较好的耐冷生理生化机制,具有较强的耐冷性,为进一步利用多毛番茄和从中克隆耐冷基因奠定了理论基础和实践依据。
Effects of 5 ℃ low temperature treatment on physiological and biochemical mechanisms of hairy tomato(Lycopersicon hirsutum) and common tomato(Lycopersicon esculletum) were studied.The results showed that Lycopersicon hirsutum malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoxide radical(O2-) were significantly lower than those of common tomato,while the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,peroxidase(POD) activity,proline content,catalase(CAT) activity,ascorbate peroxidase(ASA) activity and phenylalanine ammonia-lyase(PAL) activity were significantly higher than those of common tomato.After 24 h of low temperature treatment,no obvious change of appearance was found in leaves of hairy tomato,and leaves of common tomato cultivars showed wilting symptom.This preliminary study proved that Lycopersicon hirsutum has good cold tolerant physiological and biochemical mechanisms,it was cold tolerant.This study will provide the theoretical basis for further utilizing hairy tomato and digging cold tolerant genes from hairy tomato.
