益气活血法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效观察

Effect of qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy on congestive heart failure

目的:探讨益气活血法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年2月～2011年1月期间,我院收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者78例,随机分成观察组55例,对照组23例,对照组患者给予常规的相关疾病治疗,观察组在此基础上依据中医辩证施治理论,采用益气活血法进行辅助治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前、后心功能参数的变化情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的显效率和总有效率明显提高,分别达到47.27%和90.91%,且无效率明显降低,仅为9.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与此同时,观察组患者治疗后心排血量和左室射血分数明显提高,左室舒张末期内径明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:采用益气活血法治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭能够显著提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的心功能,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect of qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy on congestive heart failure.Methods：A total of 78 cases with chronic congestive heart failure who were admitted from Feb 2010 to Jan 2011 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group（55 cases） treated by conventional therapy and control group（23 cases） by qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy combined with conventional treatment.The efficacy and heart function were observed and compared in two groups.Results：The efficacy and total efficacy increased significantly（47.27% and 90.91%,respectively） in observation group,and the inefficacy decreased significantly（9.09%）（All P0.05）.Cardiac output and left cardiac ventricle ejection fraction increased significantly after treatment,while left ventricular end diastolic dimension decreased significantly（All P0.05）.Conclusions：Qi-replenishing and blood-activating therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and heart function.It is worthy extensive clinical application.
