甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤疗效观察

Effect of mannan peptide injection combined with chemotherapy on Hodgkin's lymphoma

目的:观察甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤的疗效。方法:28例患者随机分为2组,试验组予甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗,对照组单用化疗。结果:试验组的总有效率为92.9%,CR率为50%,对照组总有效率为64.3%,CR率为35.7%。结论:甘露聚糖肽注射液联合化疗治疗霍奇金淋巴瘤较单纯化疗效果好,且毒副作用较少。

Objective：To observe the effect of mannan peptide injection combined with chemotherapy on Hodgkin＇s lymphoma.Methods：A total of 28 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated by mannan peptide injection combined with chemotherapy,while control group was treated by chemotherapy.Results：Total efficacy of experimental group was 92.9% and 64.3% in control group;while the cure rate was 60.0% in experimental group,35.7% in control group.Conclusions：Mannan peptide injection combined with chemotherapy is effective and of little side effect.
