摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)检测在大肠癌患者中的应用价值。方法:将2008年1月2010年4月我院及其他医院送到广州金域医学检验中心进行病理确诊的60例大肠癌患者作为研究组,同时选取我院门诊体检的健康志愿者30例作为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测研究组大肠癌组织及对照组大肠组织中VEGF的表达。结果:大肠癌组织中VEGF表达阳性率(81.6%)明显高于对照组(0.0)(P〈0.01);研究组中腺癌、黏液癌、胶样癌、其他癌的肿瘤细胞中VEGF表达阳性率(82.2%、80.0%、75.0%、83.3%)无明显差异(P〉0.05);随肿瘤分化程度的增高,VEGF表达阳性率逐渐降低,低、中、高分化腺癌组织中VEGF表达阳性率(100.0%、88.9%、77.4%)有明显差异(P〈0.05);随肿瘤Dukes分期的逐渐增高,VEGF表达阳性率也逐渐升高,A、B、C、D不同分期的肿瘤VEGF表达阳性率(83.3%、83.3%、90.9%、100.0%)明显不同(P〈0.05)。结论:VEGF与大肠癌的发生和发展密切相关,临床上可以作为判断预后的指标。 Objective: To explore the application of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) testing in diagnosis of colon cancer.Methods: A total of 60 cases with colon cancer admitted from January 2008 to April 2010 were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy volunteers from our outpatient were selected as control group.The level of VEGF expression was tested by immunohistochemical method.Results: The level of VEGF was significantly higher in the observation group than that in control group(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference in VEGF expression of different pathologically classified tumor cells in the observation group(P〉0.05)(adenocarcinoma 82.2%,colloid carcinoma 80.00%,colloid carcinoma 75.0%,and others 83.3%).The positive rate decreased as the increasing differentiation level.There was significant difference in positive rate among low-,middle-and high-differentiated adenocarcinoma(100.0%,88.9%,77.4%,respectively)(P〈0.01).While the positive rate increased as the increasing Dukes stage,with significant difference among different stages(83.3%,83.3%,90.9%,100.0%,respectively)(P〈0.01).Conclusion: VEGF is close associated with colon cancer.It can be applied as prev and development is closely related to the predictive index for the prognosis of colon cancer.
