莫匹罗星辅助治疗婴儿湿疹182例分析

Analysis of 182 cases with infantile eczema treated by adjunctive therapy of Mupirocin

目的:观察莫匹罗星辅助治疗婴儿湿疹的效果。方法:回顾性分析2009年11月～2010年1月使用丁酸氢化可的松辅以莫匹罗星治疗婴儿湿疹182例的临床资料。结果:本组患儿182例,治疗组临床疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:莫匹罗星辅助治疗婴儿湿疹该方法简单,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of Mupirocin on infantile eczema.Methods：Clinical data of 182 cases with infantile eczema admitted from Nov 2009 to Jan 2010,who were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate and Mupirocin.Results：The effect of therapy group was significantly different from that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusions：Adjunctive therapy of Mupirocin is easy and without side effect.It is worthy extensive clinical application.
