肩胛骨骨折42例临床分析

Analysis of 42 cases with scapular fracture

目的：探讨肩胛骨骨折的临床治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我院2005年1月2009年12月收治的42例肩胛骨骨折患者的临床资料,28例采用非手术治疗,14例采用手术治疗,分析42例治疗效果。结果：根据Hardegger等功能评定标准,非手术治疗28例,其中优17例,良6例,可4例,差1例,优良率为82.1%;手术治疗14例,其中优8例,良4例,可1例,差1例,优良率为85.7%。结论：肩胛骨骨折选择合适的治疗方案和通过有效功能锻炼可获得满意的临床治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the clinical treatment for scapular fractures.Methods： Clinical data of 42 cases with scapular fracture admitted from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009 were retrospective analyzed.A total of 28 cases were treated by nonoperative treatment and 14 by surgery.The efficacy was analyzed.Results： According to functional evaluation standard,such as Hardegger criteria,in non-surgery group there were 17 excellent cases,6 good,4 fair,and 1 poor with excellent and good rate as 82.1%;while in surgery group,there were 8 excellent cases,4 good,1 fair,and 1 poor with excellent and good rate as 85.7%.Conclusions： Appropriate treatment and effective functional exercise are effective on scapular fracture.
