摘要
研究了Cu/ZnO、Cu/ZnO-C和Cu/ZnO-A l2O3催化剂.采用XRD、TPR、BET、SEM等方法对催化剂进行表征,考察了它们的催化反应性能,发现Cu/ZnO催化剂中添加活性炭可以使顺酐气相加氢合成γ-丁内酯(GBL)的反应温度降低.在250℃,液体空速为0.1 h-1,氢酐摩尔比为50∶1的条件下,顺酐转化率达到100%,GBL选择性超过90%.对Cu/ZnO-C催化剂的失活因素进行了分析,结果表明,催化剂的烧结与积炭是导致催化剂失活的主要原因.
Cu/ZnO,Cu/ZnO-C and Cu/ZnO-Al2O3 catalysts were studied.The as-prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR,BET and SEM techniques.The catalytic activity and lifetime of maleic anhydride gas-phase hydrogenation to γ-butyrolactone was measured in a continuous flowing fixed bed reactor.The results showed that adding active carbon into Cu/ZnO catalysts could make the catalytic reaction temperature lower.Under 250 ℃,atmospheric pressure,with LHSV of MA of 0.1 h-1 and H2/ MA atomic ratio of 50,the conversion of maleic anhydride is 100%,selectivity of γ-Butyrolactone is up to 90%.On Cu/ZnO-C catalyst deactivation factors are analyzed,the results show that the catalyst sintering and carbon deposition are the main reasons for catalyst deactivation.
