社会艺术培训师资队伍现状及规范化管理构想

The Current Situation of the Teaching Faculty for Community Art Training and the Concept of Standardized Management

近年来,社会艺术培训市场迅速发展,为全面提高人们的艺术素养起到了重要的作用,但在追求短期利润的不良行为下,存在着师资队伍构成混乱、培训质量良莠不齐的现状。缺乏规范的社会艺术培训教师资格认定机制是导致这一现象的主要原因,参考现有的教师资格认定条例,并结合艺术培训的特殊性,从多方面提出了社会艺术培训师资规范化评定的初步构想。

In recent years,art training market has been rapidly developed in community,which plays a vital role in promoting people＇s quality in arts.However,influenced by the bad conduct of pursuing the short-term profit,the quality of art training is uneven and the composition of faculty is in chaos.That could be principally attributed to the absence of the regular certification system for art training teachers in community.Considering the integration of existing regulations of teacher qualification and the features of art training,this paper presents some primary ideas of the standardized certification of teachers in art training in six aspects.
