摘要
梅奥的人际关系学说提出了工人是"社会人"、企业中存在着非正式组织以及提高工人的满意度等理论,对20世纪的企业管理产生了巨大的影响。文章将此学说引入高校德育管理,指出要以人为本,重视学生的精神世界;因势利导,加强学校的社团建设;争做主人翁,提高学生的满意度。
Mayo put forward in his public relationship theory workers were people in society;there were informal organizations in enterprises;enterprises shall enhance workers' satisfaction.All these had great influence on management.The paper introduced his theory to college moral management and pointed out colleges should adopt people-oriented mode,pay emphasis on students' spiritual worlds,grasp the opportunities to strengthen building of student organizations and become masters to improve students' satisfaction.
