摘要
根据双驴头抽油机变长四连杆机构的几何关系和运动特点,提出游梁的摆角迭代计算方法,得到游梁摆角变化规律以及悬点运动的位移、速度和加速度计算公式,给出双驴头悬点运动规律的通用计算方法.实例计算表明,该方法计算简单、适用性强,适用于后驴头为圆孤曲面的双驴头抽油机,对其他曲面双驴头抽油机运动特性研究也有参考意义.
In the paper,formula for calculating the swing angular of the walking beam is presented,according to the geometrical relationship and kinetic characteristics of variable-length four-bar linkage of dual horse head pumping unit,and the rule of the beam pivot angle change and the computational formula and measure of kinetic displacement,velocity and acceleration at suspension point are obtained,which gives common calculation method of the law of motion at suspension point through iterative approach.Example calculation shows that the method is simple and highly applicable.This method is suitable for the dual horse head pumping unit in which the postern horse head is circular curved surface,and it also has referential meaning to the study of kinetic characteristics of the dual horse head pumping unit with other curved surfaces.
