The status of electric and mechanic equipment in Miaogou Iron Ore mine is introduced. The factors influencing availability rate of equipment are analyzed. The measures of adopting PDCA Circulation Theory to increase availability rate of equipment and the economic benefit brought by the Theory are explained.
