摘要 随着钢铁冶炼技术的发展及产业政策的需要,烧结生产越来越体现高效节能的原则。影响烧结工序能耗的因素较多,降低固体和气体燃耗、电耗及余热回收、强化水循环等是降低能耗的主要措施,且是今后降耗发展方向。 Along with rapid development of iron and steel making technologies and higher requirement from iron & steel industry development policy, the principle of energy saving becomes day by day more important in sintering process. There are many factors influencing energy consumption in sintering process. Generally, the measures for saving energy are concentrated on reduction of solid & gas fuel and power consumption, recovery of waste heat and enhencing of water circulation that are main targets to be achieved in the future.
