大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的研究进展

Advance in Studies on Grain Protein Content in Barley

综述了大麦籽粒蛋白质组分，籽粒蛋白质含量的遗传特性等方面的研究进展，并对气候与环境条件对大麦籽粒蛋白质含量的影响做了介绍。这些研究报道，可为优质大麦的生产和育种提供借鉴。

The research advance on protein fractions, inheritance of protein content of barley grain was reviewed. the effects of climate and environmental conditions on protein conten of barley grain were also introduced. On basis of available reports, some suggestions for good-quality production and breeding of barley were proposed in this paper.
