本文介绍了赛米控3电平模块不同连接技术产品的特点,并介绍了用于计算半导体模块工作温度的软件程序SemiSel的特点,以及对模块的损耗和热性能计算应用示例。
This article introduces the features of different connection technology of Semikron＇s three-level modules,and also shows the chracterisitics of Semisel,which is used to measure the functioning temperature of semiconductor modules.Furthermore,the author prensents examples for the module loss and the calculation application of the heat performance.
