鄂尔多斯盆地马家沟组地层可钻性研究及应用 被引量:6

Research on Drillability and Its Application in Majiagou Formation of Ordos Basin

摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地马家沟组地层岩性致密坚硬、机械钻速低和钻井周期长,严重制约了油田的钻探开发效率。在对马家沟组地层实钻岩心进行室内可钻性试验及抗压强度试验的基础之上,建立了该地区马家沟组岩石可钻性与声波测井间关系的数学模型,并依据所确定的岩石可钻性分布规律,进行了钻头优选。结果表明:马家沟组地层可钻性级别为6~8级,整体属于中硬地层,推荐采用LHJ537牙轮钻头。经现场试验,该钻头机械钻速是该地区平均机械钻速的2.5倍,大大缩短了钻井周期,经济效益显著。 Majiagou Formation of Ordos Basin was composed of hard and dense rocks with poor ROP and long drilling cycle,which constrained rapid drilling.A mathematical model correlating the drillability and acoustic logging was established based on laboratory drillability tests and compressive resistance tests.Then the drillability distribution was obtained and bit optimization is performed.The results show that the drillability of Majiagou Formation ranges from grade 6 to 8,which belongs to medium-hard formation.LHJ537 cone bit is recommended.The ROP of this bit is 2.5 times larger than the average value in filed application,which obtains greater economical benefits and drilling cycle is greatly shortened.
