摘要
对西洋参果肉中所含的发芽抑制物质进行了研究。采用系统溶剂法将果实的粗提物分离为五个组份:石油醚相、乙醚相、乙酸乙酯相、甲醇相及水相。将各组份进行抑制物质的生物活性测定,对白菜发芽率和胚根生长的抑制强度为甲醇相与乙醚相> 乙酸乙酯相> 水相> 石油醚相。抑制物质主要集中在甲醇相与乙醚相中。对甲醇相进行了LC分离,进一步通过GC- MS联用仪分离纯化,并鉴定出结构式。
To study the Germination Inhibitors in American Ginseng Fruit.The inhibitors were preliminarily isolated by using a series of solvents.The five parts are petroleum ether. diethyl ether.acetic acid ethyl ester.methanol and water.Inhibitory effect of diffrerent parts on the germinant percentage and radicle length of chinese ent parts on the germinant percentage and radicle length of Chinese cabbage is methanol and diethyl ether >acetic acid ethyl ester>water >ether.The inhibitors are mainly in the phases of ether and methanol.The inhibitors in the methanol were separated by LC and then further isolated and identified with GC-M.
