The Way of Nurturing the New Peasants in Heilongjiang Province

农民是建设新农村的主体,培育有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,是社会主义新农村建设的需要,也是统筹城乡经济社会发展的必然要求。目前,我省新型农民培养存在政府投入不足、培养效果不明显等问题。因此,在新型农民培育过程中加强政府资金的投入力度,提高培养机构的效率,增加农民收入,发挥农村合作组织的作用具有重大而深远的意义。

Farmers are subject of new rural construction. Nurturing the new peasants who are the ones with knowledge, farming technique and management is not only the need of constructing new socialist countryside, but also the need of economic and social development in urban and rural areas. At the present time, there are some problems of cultivating new peasants. Therefore, increasing capital input, promoting institution efficiency, increasing the income of farmers and giving full scope to rural cooperative organization have exerted a great and farreaching influence.
