单缝夫琅和费衍射光强分布的3种计算方法

Three calculation methods of light intensity distribution of single-slit Fraunhofer diffraction

运用三角函数,采用积分法和数值计算定量计算了夫琅和费衍射光强分布,并用给出了定量计算结果。计算结果表明,菲涅尔半波带法所得暗纹公式和中央零级明纹是精确值,而明纹公式则是近似值;本文结果与振幅矢量法的结果相同。

By using the trigonometric function,the light intensity distribution of single-slit Fraunhofer diffraction is calculated by the integration method and quantitative calculation,and the result of quantitative calculation is given.The results indicate that that dark fringe formula and the central 0 level bright fringe given by Fresnel half wave zone method are accurate values,however,the bright fringe formula is approximation.The results of this paper are the same as the results of amplitude vector method.
