荀子的和谐管理思想

XUN Zi's harmonious management thoughts

荀子认为,"和谐"意味着要各居其位、各司其职、各尽其能和各得其所,这是宇宙的一个基本法则。要使社会和谐,统治者就必须遵循天道,据此制定完备的礼义制度,"论德而定次,量能而授官,皆使人载其事而各得其所宜",由此即可确保社会有条不紊地运行。

XUN Zi argues that the ＂harmony＂ means that one should be in his proper position,perform his duty properly,do his best as he can do,and be awarded what he should be awarded,which is a fundamental law of the universe.To realize such a homony human society,the social rullers have to follow the law of universe,and then develop complete paprieties and rules that based on such a law.＂To determine one＇s social status according to his moral,and to determine one＇s office duty according to his ability,which ensures that all human beings perform their duties and be awaded what they should be awarded＂,and it ensures that the society be operated orderly.
