普通高校阳光体育运动研究

Study on sunshine sports in general colleges

为了贯彻党的教育方针,落实"健康第一"的指导思想,让学生走向大自然、走到阳光下,积极参加体育锻炼,对开展阳光体育的背景及现状进行了分析与阐述。从提高对体育的认识、与体育课教学相结合、营造良好的舆论氛围、建立健全组织机构、加强体育教师师资队伍建设以及保证充足的活动空间等六个方面,提出了普通高校开展阳光体育运动的对策。

For implementing educational policy of the party,carrying out the sprit of ＂health first＂.Let students go towards the nature,go into the sun and take active physical training.The background and development of sunshine sports are analyzed and described.Starting from six aspects of improving the cognition to sports,combining with PE teaching,building a nice publicly atmosphere,establishing the organization,strengthening the construction of PE teaching teams and ensuring enough activity space,some corresponding countermeasures about developing sunshine sports in general colleges are proposed.
