对"三本"学生实行"书院制"管理,是淮海工学院近年来深化教育体制改革的一种大胆尝试。针对淮海工学院"书院制"下大学生的思想教育工作现状进行分析,并根据一些新情况、新问题和工作难点,作教育对策的具体探讨。

A bold education reform taken by Huaihai Institute of Technology（HHIT） on the management of independent college is the academy of classical learning system.Based on the analysis of ideological and political education of independent college students in such system,countermeasures are proposed corresponding to the new problems,new situation and difficulties.
