大学生择业思想教育探析

Analysis on the Ideological Education of College Students' Career Choice

列举分析了当前大学生择业过程中主要存在的五个思想问题,即职业理想淡漠,功利性强;职业道德缺失,诚信度低;职业期望值高,主动性差;职业眼光短浅,规划缺失;职业认知不足,心理失衡。为了开展有效的大学生择业思想教育,从择业观、职业道德与法制、职业生涯规划、职业认知、就业形势与政策教育等五个方面提出了加强措施。

There are five major issues about the college students＇ career choice： indifferent career aspirations and strong utilitarian;lack of professional ethics and integrity;high career expectations and poor enthusiasm;short-sightedness and lack of planning;inadequacy of vocational awareness and mental imbalance.In order to carry out effective career education,five aspects deserve our concern： the career concept,professional ethics and legislation,career life planning,vocational awareness,and employment situation and policies.
