高职院校生源除了在高考分数、学习能力等方面与本科院校生源存在差距以外,他们选择接受高职教育与其家庭背景也有一定关系。要实现整个高职教育的良性循环与和谐发展,起点是生源,所以高职院校有必要从理论和实践层面来梳理和研究生源结构,以便因材施教并促进高职院校自身的健康发展。

Besides the lower grades from college entrance examination and inferior learning ability,another reason contributes to students＇ choice of the higher vocational institutions is their family background.To achieve the friendly recycling and harmonious development of higher vocational education,the first step is to study its enrollment,in theory and practice,so as to promote the healthy development of vocational colleges,by teaching according to students＇ talent.
