略论辅导员在大学生创业教育中的作用——以常州大学机械工程学院为例

On the Role of Instructors in Entrepreneurship Education to College Students:A Case from Changzhou University

在分析当前创业教育在高校开展的必要性,即现实要求、内在要求和客观要求的基础上,强调了辅导员在高校创业教育中的宣传者、参谋者和指导者的角色定位,同时要通过辅导员加强自身学习、校院领导重视等活动,提高辅导员的创业教育指导能力。

The inner need,realistic need and objective need of entrepreneurship education are analyzed,which put emphasis on the necessity of conducting entrepreneurship education on campus.The role of the instructors as propagator,consultant,and guider is oriented.It is suggested to improve their instructive ability by strengthening their learning ability,and arousing the administrator＇s attention.
